摘要 专利法课程教学存在教学方法难以适应教学现实需要、教学内容与现实脱节、教学资源无法满足教学实际、教学目标过于单一且要求过低的瓶颈。专利法课程教学应坚持应用型、复合型、创新型标准,构建科学合理的课程体系,建立跨专业协同教学模式,重视判例和大数据在专利法教学中的运用。 The teaching method is difficult to adapt to the practical needs of teaching in the course of patent law and has the serious disconnection between the teaching content and the reality, the teaching resources can’t meet the teaching practice, the teaching goal is too single and the demand is too low. The course teaching of patent law should adhere to the standard of application, compound and innovation, construct a scientific and rational curriculum system, establish a cross professional cooperative teaching model, and attach importance to the application of case and large data in the teaching of patent law.
