摘要
针对宣钢原料厂混匀配料过程中存在的不足进行改善,对宣钢铁混料工艺模式进行改变由平铺直取改变为直供铁混料模式,进而达到烧结提高产量降低成本的效果.但是因为铁混料不能很好地混匀使烧结矿各项技术指标下降,质量变差、成分波动变大,入炉烧结矿粒级减小,导致高炉边缘气流发展,炉体热负荷波动幅度加大,燃耗升高,产量降低.通过采取有效措施,使其混匀料质量得到提高,逐渐满足高炉生产需要的原料条件.
In view of the shortcomings in the process of blending ingredients in XuanSteel’s raw material yard, the mixing process mode of XuanSteel was changed fromflat-laying and direct-feeding to direct-feeding , so as to increase output and reduce cost of sintering. However, due to the poor mixing of iron mixture, various technical indexes of sinter drop, quality becomes worse, composition fluctuates greatly, and grain grade of sinter decreases, leading to the development of blast furnace edge airflow, furnace body heat load fluctuation increases, fuel consumption increases, and output decreases.By adopting effective measures, the quality of the mixed material is improved, and the raw material conditions of blast furnace production are gradually met.
