摘要 文中结合方大特钢炼钢厂转炉车间在130万除尘器中实现转炉炉体状态信号及在系统管路阀门的联锁控制信号实现变速运行现状,介绍了高压变頻器在方大特钢炼钢厂转炉二次除尘风机改造实践中对节能增效的贡献.系统分析了取消液力偶合器,移位重装高压电机、PLC程序控制变频调速、炼钢状态精准控制风量等措施对企业效益的影响,研究结果表明,通过除尘风机变频改造可直接为转炉车间提高直接经济效益469.61万元/年,且提高了设备的功率因数,延长机械系统的使用寿命,提升了系统的可靠性. On the basis of the status of converter furnace signal and interlocking control signal of system pipeline valve, this paper introduces the contribution of high voltage inverter to energy saving and efficiency increasing in the reform of converter secondary dust removal fan in Fangda Special Steel Steelmaking Plant. The effects of eliminating hydraulic coupling, shifting and reassembling high-voltage motor, PLC program control frequency conversion speed regulation and precise control of air flow in steelmaking state on enterprise benefit are systematically analyzed. The results show that the direct economic benefit of converter workshop can be increased by 4.696 million/year through frequency conversion transformation of dust-removing fan. In addition, it improves the power factor of the equipment, prolongs the service life of the mechanical system and the reliability of the system indirectly.
