摘要
新钢热连轧厂生产时在带钢表面有凹坑缺陷存在,严重影响产品质量.为了减少凹坑缺陷的产生,文中采用化学成分检测和金相微观组织分析法,对热连轧轧制过程中带钢表面出现的凹坑缺陷进行了分析.结果表明:凹坑缺陷是在轧制过程中,由于轧机振动等原因使锈蚀物掉落至板坯表面并随着工作辊轧入带钢表面而形成.通过在轧机前新增吹扫水、加强对除尘喷嘴的清理、定期对机架设备维护与清理、及时维护除尘风机等措施,有效减少了凹坑缺陷的产生.
The pit defect, which appears on the surface of strip during production of the hot rolled strip in Xinyu Steel, seriously affects the quality of products. In order to reduce pit defects, which appear on the strip surface during the hot strip rolling, chemical composition analysis and microstructure analysis are used in this paper to analyze them. The results show that the pit defect was formed by the falling of rust to the slab surface as the work roll rolls into the trip surface, which was caused by the rolling mill vibration and other reasons.The dimple defect was effectively reduced by adding sweeping water in front of the rolling mill, strengthening cleaning of dust removal nozzle, regular maintenance and cleaning of stand equipment and timely maintenance of dust removal fan.
