摘要
CIE140:2019《道路照明计算》(第二版)修订完善了阈值增量的计算,修正了之前的计算公式。本文在失能眩光研究的理论基础上,归纳比较了CIE各版技术报告关于阈值增量的计算,分别从几何关系假定、计算公式及参数、适用条件、运算等方面分析总结了计算方法的演化过程,为失能眩光现场测量方法改进提供依据,为相关标准的编写提供参考。
The calculation of the threshold increment (TI) is improved and the previous calculation formula is corrected in CIE Publication 140-2019 Road Lighting Calculation ,2 nd Edition . The threshold increment formulae in the previous technical report have been compared based on the fundamental research on disability glare, and the variation of system is summarized from the aspects of standardized observations geometry,formula and its relevant parameters, validity domain, mathematical procedure to improve the measurements of glare of in-service installations and provide reference for the revision of relevant standards in China.
