摘要
以某高校16名男子田径专项大学生为实验对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,进行为期12周,每周3次,每次15—20分钟的身体协调性训练。其中,实验组进行软梯训练;对照组采用传统协调性训练方法训练。实验前后通过30m节奏跑、闭目鹤立计时、1分钟跳绳、软梯分合脚跳、十字跳五项指标测试田径专项大学生的身体协调性,以检验软梯训练与传统协调性训练在改善田径专项大学生身体协调性方面的效果。结果显示:试验后采用软梯训练的实验组身体协调性五项指标显著高于采用传统协调性训练方法的对照组。说明软梯训练能够显著提高田径专项大学生身体协调性,其效果优于传统协调性训练。
In one university 16 men of track & field college students are taken as the experimental object, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with trained body harmony training for 12 weeks, 3 times a week, each time 15-20 minutes. Among them, the experimental group used rope ladder training, while the control group used traditional body harmony training method. Before and after the experiment through the tempo run 30m, closed-eye standing on one leg, rope skipping in a minute, rope ladder skipping, cross jumping, the study tested the track & field college students body harmony, in order to test the effect of the rope ladder training and the traditional body harmony training on improving the body harmony. Results showed that five indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of using traditional training methods, and rope ladder and training can significantly improve the college students physical body harmony, so its effect is better than that of traditional training.
