摘要
目的:采用加权逼近理想解排序(TOPSIS)法对药学专业研究生临床药学岗位胜任力进行评价,为改进其在校或进入医疗机构后的培养模式提供参考。方法:参考相关文献和国家有关规定,设计了“药学专业研究生临床药学岗位胜任力评估问卷调查表”,于2018年3-8月对重庆市2所医学高校及其附属医院的临床药学研究生或进修、规范化培训的药学专业研究生进行调查,并采用加权TOPSIS法进行数据的统计分析。结果:共收集到173份调查问卷。评价对象的临床药学岗位胜任力与最优解的相对接近程度(Ci)为0.7~0.8的有2例(1.16%),0.6~0.7的有62例(35.84%),0.5~0.6的有64例(36.99%),0.4~0.5的有22例(12.72%),0.3~0.4的有20例(11.56%),0.2~0.3的有3例(1.73%)。结论:目前药学专业研究生的临床岗位胜任力尚需进一步提高,各高校以及医疗机构的培训基地需针对临床工作技能、临床沟通技能等设置相应课程。
Objective: To evaluate clinical pharmacy post competency of pharmaceutical postgraduate students by the weighted technique of order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) method,so as to provide reference for the improvement of the training mode of medical pesonnel at school or in medical institutions.Methods:“The questionnaire of clinical pharmacy post competency of pharmaceutical postgraduate students” was formulated based on the related literature and national regulations.A survey was made among the clinical pharmaceutical postgraduate students who were engaged either in advanced studies or received standardized training in 2 Chongqing medical universities from March to August,2018.The obtained data were statistically analyzed by the weighted TOPSIS method.Results:A total of 173 questionnaire forms were retrieved.Survey results indicated that there were 2 persons (1.16%) whose relative approximation ( C i ) between post competency and optimal solution was 0.7-0.8,62 persons (35.84%) whose relative approximation was 0.6-0.7,64 persons (36.99%) whose relative approximation was 0.5-0.6,22 persons (12.72%) whose relative approximation was 0.4-0.5,20 persons (11.56%) whose relative approximation was 0.3-0.4,and 3 persons (1.73%) whose relative approximation was 0.2-0.3.Conclusion:At present,the clinical pharmacy post competency of pharmaceutical postgraduate students demands further improvement.The training bases of universities and medical institutions should offer related courses based on the required clinical work skills and clinical communication skills,etc.
