Research on Risk Prevention from the Perspective of Five Development Ideas

十八届五中全会提出创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念,五大发展理念具有鲜明的问题意识,是对新时期发展实践的有力回应;五大发展理念是破解发展难题、培植发展优势、防范发展新实践中出现的各种风险的有力武器;在深刻理解五大发展理念之间内在逻辑关系的基础上,科学把握五大发展理念在防范风险中的不同作用。

The fifth plenary session of the 18th CPC central committee put forward the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open and sharing. The five development concepts are powerful weapons for solving development problems, cultivating development advantages and preventing various risks arising from new development practices. On the basis of deep understanding of the internal logical relations among the five development concepts, the different roles of the five development concepts in risk prevention are scientifically grasped.
