在少数民族地区的精准扶贫中,贫困主体、扶贫主体和扶贫机制的局限性制约着扶贫效用的发挥。多元乡村精英在优化民族地区的扶贫成效中具有特殊优势,基于乡村精英参与的视角,以多元乡村精英为分析主线,是探究少数民族地区精准扶贫路径的重要途径。因此,政治精英要致力完善组织领导和精准识别机制、经济精英要全力发挥模范带动和精准帮扶功能、社会精英要尽力从事思想动员与教育培训工作,以此促进少数民族地区贫困人口精准脱贫。

Therefore, the political elite should strive to improve the organizational leadership and precise identification mechanism, the economic elite should give full play to the role of model-driven and precise assistance, and the social elite should try their best to engage in ideological mobilization and education and training, so as to promote the precise eradication of poverty in minority areas.
