河北大学预防医学学生对营养与食品卫生学实验满意度

Investigation on satisfaction degree in the undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine about nutrition and food hygiene experiment in Hebei University

为了解地方高校预防医学专业学生对营养与食品卫生学实验课程的满意度,通过问卷调查和座谈的方式调查河北大学预防医学学生对课程整体满意度、实践操作课程、课前预习情况、自身学习满意度、教学方式及教师教学效果六个方面的态度和观点,并针对该课程教学过程中存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了改进建议以提高教学质量和教学水平。

In order to study the satisfaction degree of local preventive medicine students about nutrition and food hygiene experiment, the attitude of the preventive medicine students toward whole course, practical experience part, pre-lesson previewing situation and self-learning situation were studied by questionnaire survey and panel method. The problems existing in the teaching process were analyzed, some suggestions were put forward to improve the teaching quality and level.
