双环醇治疗酒精性肝病的Meta分析

Efficacy of bicyclol in treatment of alcoholic liver disease:a meta analysis

目的系统评价双环醇治疗酒精性肝病的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EMbase、CBM、CNKI、VIP和WanFang Data数据库,搜集双环醇治疗酒精性肝硬化的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间从建库至2019年2月。采用ReVMan 5.3软件进行统计分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,Meta分析结果显示与对照组相比,双环醇用药组在改善酒精性肝病患者肝功能、MDA、GST-Px以及总有效率方面差异有统计学意义。结论双环醇治疗酒精性肝病有一定疗效,但受纳入研究的质量限制,还需更多高水平的临床研究进一步证实。

Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of bicyclol in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.Methods The Cochrane Library,PubMed,EMbase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and WanFang Data were searched to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)on bicyclol for alcoholic liver disease from inception to Feb,2019.The RevMan5.3 software was adopted to conduct the analysis.Results Seven RCTs were included.Results of meta analyses showed that compared with the Control group,bicyclol was statistically better in improving the liver function,MDA,GST-px and total efficiency in patients with alcoholic liver disease.Conclusion Bicyclol has a certain clinical value in the treatment of alcoholic liver disease.However,due to limited quality of the included studies,more high levels of clinical research are needed to further confirm it.
