羟考酮复合丙泊酚麻醉用于宫腔镜手术的临床效果分析

Investigate the clinical effect of oxycodone combined with propofol anesthesia in hysteroscopy

目的探讨羟考酮复合丙泊酚麻醉用于宫腔镜手术的临床效果。方法以80例行宫腔镜手术的患者为对象,选取时间为2017年3月~2019年3月,所有患者按照1∶1比例平分为观察组与对照组,每组各40例,其中常规采用芬太尼复合丙泊酚进行麻醉患者纳入对照组,采用羟考酮复合丙泊酚进行麻醉的患者纳入观察组,对比两组患者的心率及动脉压变化情况,记录两组患者并发症发生情况。结果两组麻醉诱导后的心率及平均动脉压明显低于麻醉诱导前(P<0.05);组间心率及平均动脉压比较无明显差异(P>0.05);观察组的并发症发生率为7.50%,与对照组25.00%的并发症发生率比较,显著减少(P<0.05)。结论针对行宫腔镜手术的患者,采用羟考酮复合丙泊酚麻醉,患者的心率及动脉压得以稳定,且并发症少。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oxycodone combined with propofol anesthesia in hysteroscopy.Methods 80 patients undergoing hysteroscopy were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the ratio of 1∶1 from March 2017 to March 2019.40 patients in each group were anesthetized with fentanyl combined with propofol in the routine way.The patients in the control group were anesthetized with oxycodone combined with acetone.Patients anesthetized with propofol were enrolled in the observation group.The changes of heart rate and arterial pressure were compared between the two groups,and the complications of the two groups were recorded.Results The heart rate and mean arterial pressure after induction of anesthesia in the two groups were significantly lower than those before induction of anesthesia(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in heart rate and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.50%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxycodone combined with propofol anesthesia can stabilize the heart rate and arterial pressure of patients undergoing hysteroscopy with fewer complications,which has positive clinical value.
