老年患者手术麻醉应用瑞芬太尼和芬太尼静脉麻醉的效果观察

Effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia on elderly patients undergoing surgery

目的对比分析瑞芬太尼与芬太尼静脉麻醉对老年手术患者的效果。方法100例老年手术患者按数字表法被分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组接受芬太尼静脉麻醉,观察组接受瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉,对比两组患者的麻醉效果。结果相比对照组,观察组血压、心率更稳定,恢复时间更快,不良反应少,疼痛感更轻(P<0.05)。结论瑞芬太尼静脉麻醉用于老年手术患者效果更理想,对于患者血压以及心率水平所产生的影响比较小,不良反应出现风险比较低。

Objective To compare and analyze the effect of remifentanil and fentanyl intravenous anesthesia on elderly patients undergoing surgery.Methods 100 elderly surgical patients were divided into observation group and control group according to digital table method,50 cases in each group.The control group received fentanyl intravenous anesthesia,while the observation group received remifentanil intravenous anesthesia.The anesthetic effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the blood pressure and heart rate in the observation group were more stable,the recovery time was faster,the adverse reactions were less and the pain was lighter(P<0.05).Conclusion Remifentanil intravenous anesthesia is more effective for elderly patients undergoing surgery,with less impact on blood pressure and heart rate,and lower risk of adverse reactions.
