公共服务满意度、社会信任与居民幸福感——基于CGSS2015数据的实证分析

Public Service Satisfaction, Social Trust and Residents’ Happiness: An Empirical Analysis Based on CGSS2015 Data

居民幸福感是评价居民生活满意度的主要指标,幸福感水平关乎政府治理绩效与公共权力的合法性。在常规人口变量基础上,基于CGSS2015数据,遵循国家与社会分析框架,考察公共服务满意度、社会信任对居民幸福感水平的影响。结果显示,在模型中公共服务满意度、社会信任程度对居民幸福感的影响均通过显著性验证:公共服务满意度越高,居民幸福感水平就越高;社会信任程度越高,居民幸福感水平就越高。政府要提高居民的幸福感水平,应有针对性地从优质公共服务供给与社会信任环境建构等方面进行政策介入与资源支持。

Residents happiness is the leading indicator to evaluate residents life satisfaction, the level of which is related to the performance of government management and the legitimacy of public power. Based on the conventional population variables and on account of CGSS2015 data, in the framework of national and social analysis, this study examined the impact of public service satisfaction and social trust on the level of residents happiness. It is shown by the result that the impact of public service satisfaction and social trust on residents happiness has been verified by significance verification in the model: the higher the satisfaction of public service, the higher the level of happiness of residents;the higher the level of social trust, the higher the higher the residents happiness. Therefore, to improve the level of residents happiness, the government should target to perform policy intervention and resource support in such aspects as high-quality public service supply and social trust environment construction.
