The Impact of Employment Stress on College Students’ Life Satisfaction

采用《大学生就业压力量表》和《青少年学生生活满意度量表》,对湖南省三所高校592名大学本科毕业生进行分层抽样调查,探讨大学生就业压力与生活满意度的相关性。结果发现大学生就业压力感受强度与生活满意度呈现非常显著的负相关。因此可以得出结论:就业压力是影响大学生主观幸福感和生活质量的重要因素。

To explore the correlation between employment pressure and life satisfaction of college students,a stratified sampling survey was conducted among 592 undergraduate graduates from three universities in Hunan Province by using the College Students'Employment Stress Scale and the Youth Students Life Satisfaction Scale.The results show that the stress intensity of university employment is negatively correlated with life satisfaction.The conclusion is drawn that employment pressure is an important factor affecting college students'subjective well-being and the quality of life.
