摘要
有效教学是以哲学、社会学和心理学理论为基础,是最优化教学策略实施的教学。随着信息技术的飞速发展,“互联网+”和终身教育的理念深入人心。在网络环境下,成人教育工作者要采取有效的教学策略,从教学理念、教学内容、资源建设、教学模式等多方面进行变革和创新,以提高学生的学习效能,巩固和提高教学效果,满足成人学习者与时俱进的学习需求。
Effective teaching is based on philosophy, sociology and psychology, and is the teaching that optimizes the implementation of teaching strategies. With the rapid development of information technology, the concept of “Internet+” and lifelong education is deeply rooted in people’s hearts. In the network environment, adult educators must adopt effective teaching strategies, and carry out changes and innovations in terms of teaching concepts, teaching content, resource construction and teaching models to improve students’ learning efficiency, consolidate and improve teaching effects, and satisfy the learning needs of adult learners to keep up with the times.
