新时代下要创新学生党建工作,就要有创新思路。大学生党员发展的核心要素是选拔机制,本文正是基于对这一核心问题的研究,旨在通过调研,了解入党积极分子对"优中选优"原则的排序。并在此基础上建立一套完整的大学生党员发展选拔机制,只有这样才能确保吸收具有较强素质能力、较高党性修养的学生成为中共党员,永葆党的生机活力。

In order to innovate the work of Party building among college students in the new era, we must have innovative ideas. It is necessary to establish a set of mechanism for the development and selection of college student Party members so as to ensure that students of good quality, with strong ability and high Party spirit become Party members and maintain the vitality of the Party. The purpose of this paper is to find out the Party joining activists’ idea on the principle of "selecting the best among the best" through survey.
