摘要
立式镗床主要用来加工孔径尺寸大的工件。镗床工作台进给电机采用的是电磁调速异步电动机传动,其电路控制结构复杂、连线多、故障点多、工作稳定性差,电路板维修困难,并且对电能消耗大。本文提出将镗床进给系统改造成变频器驱动,实现结构简单直观、精度高、操作方便等设计目标。
Vertical boring machine is mainly used to process workpieces with large aperture size.The feed motor of the boring machine table is driven by an asynchronous motor with electromagnetic speed regulation, which isof complex structure, with too many links and fault points, poor working stability, difficult maintenance and high power consumption. In this essay the feed system of the boring machine is transformed into the drive of the frequency converter, which is characterized by simple structure, high accuracy, easy operation.
