碳纤维复合材料备胎池结构设计与优化 被引量:1

摘要 研究碳纤维复合材料在汽车车身中的应用对于汽车轻量化具有重要意义。论文以汽车备胎池为研究对象进行碳纤维零部件优化设计,详细描述了碳纤维复合材料结构优化设计的方法。以备胎池刚度性能为约束条件,以车身质量最轻为目标函数,优化碳纤维复合材料的铺层参数,包括铺层厚度、铺层顺序等,最后通过钢制备胎池与碳纤备胎池刚度试验性能对比,在保证备胎池性能的前提下,达到减重55%的效果,验证了本文中碳纤备胎池结构优化的合理性。
