摘要
针对目前财务报销与审计事务主要靠人力操作效率低、耗费资源大等问题,利用图像识别技术,基于MVC 3层架构设计财务管理及移动端APP,包括系统架构与详细模块功能,提出了基于扩展像素矩阵的搜索算法,可快速识别票据信息。通过识别对象仿真测试,验证了扩展矩阵搜索法比顺序搜索法、随机搜索法更高效,搜索步骤少,且运行时间少。基于扩展矩阵法进行票据识别的财务管理系统,实现了电子票据自动财务报销与审计,解决了人工报销难、报销慢、容易出错等财务管理问题。
In view of the problem that the current financial reimbursement and audit affairs are mainly based on the low efficiency of human operation and high cost of resources,the present paper uses the image recognition technology to design the financial management and the mobile terminal APP based on the three-layer architecture of the model view controller(MVC),including the system architecture and the detailed module functions.Moreover,the extended pixel matrix search algorithm is proposed,which can quickly identify the invoice information.By the simulation tests of identifying objects,it is verified that the extended matrix search method is more efficient than the sequential search method and the random search method,with fewer search steps and less running time.The financial management system with bill image recognition based on the extension matrix in the present paper realizes the automatic financial reimbursement and audit of electronic invoices,and solves the time consuming and error-prone problems of manual processing financial reimbursement and audit.
