摘要
文章通过能量色散X射线荧光(EDXRF)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热膨胀法等科技手段对广西宋代永福窑出土的瓷器、窑具和瓷土进行了测试分析,初步了解了永福窑的物理性能、胎釉的化学组成、瓷胎的原料成分和瓷器的烧成温度.研究认为,永福窑瓷器具有南方典型的胎釉成分特征,瓷器的部分物理性能较好、但烧成温度偏低.研究为确定永福窑的时代和地域特征提供了重要的依据,所测得的科学数据可供后续研究参考.
This paper analyzes by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence(EDXRF),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermal expansion methods,tests and analyzes the porcelain,kiln furniture and porcelain clay unearthed from Yongfu kiln in Song Dynasty.Studies the he physical properties of Yongfu kiln,the chemical composition of the glaze,the raw material composition of the porcelain tire and the firing temperature of the porcelain.According to the research,the Yongfu kiln porcelain has the typical characteristics of the glaze composition in the south of China.The physical properties of the porcelain are better,but the firing temperature is lower.The research provides an important basis for determining the age and regional characteristics of the Yongfu kiln.Scientific data is available for follow-up research.
