超短脉冲激光器加工工艺参数自适应及其生效技术 被引量:4

Processing parameters self-adaption and its effective technology on ultrashort pulse laser

摘要 为了解决超短脉冲激光数控加工中激光参数与加工速度等参数不匹配导致的加工宽度与加工深度过大或过小的问题,分别从作用机理推导、加工工艺参数内在规律探寻角度建立了基于激光参数及加工速度表示的加工宽度和加工深度表达式,进而建立超短脉冲激光器加工工艺参数求解模型。在基于UMAC的开放式数控系统基础上,针对加工速度匀速和变速两种情况,分别给出了超短脉冲激光器加工工艺参数自适应及生效的技术方案。通过仿真实验,验证了超短脉冲激光器加工工艺参数求解模型的预测性能,其对数控情境下超短脉冲激光器加工工艺参数自适应的相关研究工作,以及提高加工工艺实验效率、降低成本等均具有参考价值。 To solve the problem that the mismatch between parameters of laser and processing speed would lead to too large or too small processing width and depth in Numerical Control(NC)machining of ultra-short pulse laser,the relations among the machining parameters including ultra-short pulse laser parameters,machining velocity,machining width and machining depth were researched in the numerical control machining scenario.The relational expressions of solving machining width and machining depth based on laser parameters and machining velocity were established respectively from the angles of mechanism of deduction,exploration of internal law on process data.Further,the model on solving the ultra-short pulse laser processing parameters was established.On the basis of the open NC system based on UMAC,the technical solution that was on processing parameters self-adaption and its effective on the ultra-short pulse laser were proposed respectively for constant velocity and varying velocity on machining velocity.The prediction performance of the model was verified by simulation experiment.It had some reference value for the research on the processing parameters self-adaption and its effective on the ultra-short pulse laser,and improving the experimental efficiency and reducing cost on the processing technology experiment.
