摘要
为了创建含有工艺辅助特征的工艺模型以提高工艺规划效率,提出面向含有工艺辅助特征三维工艺模型的快速建模方法。基于工艺辅助特征的具体作用,将其分为辅助加工特征、辅助装夹特征、辅助测量特征和辅助装配特征4类;对各类型辅助特征进行参数化设计,并建立工艺辅助特征库进行管理;基于工艺辅助特征的关联准则和添加方法添加工艺辅助特征,并创建了三维工艺模型。通过NX开发的相应功能模块验证了所提方法的有效性。
To create process model with process auxiliary feature for improving the efficiency of process planning,a rapidly modeling method was proposed oriented to three-dimensional process model with process auxiliary features.Based on the specific applicable,the process auxiliary features were divided into four categories:auxiliary manufacturing feature,auxiliary clamping feature,auxiliary measuring feature and auxiliary assembly feature.The aided-features were designed with its geometric parametric and were managed according to the created auxiliary feature library.The adding criteria and the adding methods were proposed to construct the process auxiliary feature,and then the three-dimensional process models were created.The function module based on NX development verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.
