摘要 交联聚乙烯(cross-linked polyethylene,XLPE)及液体硅橡胶(liquid silicone rubber,LSR)绝缘材料受潮后对其介电性能有影响。为了探究水分对两种绝缘材料介电性能影响及其机理,本文以片状XLPE与LSR试样作为研究对象,测量试样在65℃不同浸水时间后的介电频谱、工频击穿场强、水分含量以及红外光谱特性。发现浸水后,水分对XLPE与LSR的介电性能均有影响,并且水分对LSR的介电性能影响更大,0.1 Hz下的损耗因数在反映XLPE与LSR的受潮方面更加明显;利用Pearson相关分析得到了0.1 Hz与50 Hz的tanδ之间的关系模型;浸水后,XLPE试样以结合水影响为主,LSR试样主要受自由水影响。 The dielectric properties of cross linked polyethylene (XLPE) and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) are affected by damp. In order to explore the effect of moisture on the dielectric properties of XLPE and LSR and its mechanism, in this paper, the XLPE and LSR samples are taken as the research object, and the dielectric spectrum, breakdown field strength, moisture content and infrared spectrum of the sample after different water immersion time at 65 ℃ are measured. It is found that after immersion in water, moisture has an effect on the dielectric properties of XLPE and LSR, and moisture has a greater influence on the dielectric properties of LSR. The loss factor at 0.1 Hz is more obvious in reflecting the moisture of XLPE and LSR. The relationship model between 0.1 Hz and 50 Hz tan δ is obtained by Pearson correlation analysis. After being immersed in water, XLPE samples are mainly affected by combined water, and LSR samples are mainly affected by free water.
