摘要 在城市环境条件下,近接地铁建筑结构工程建设时会受新建地铁结构和已有建筑结构之间的相对位置、其各自的埋深、施工工艺、当地的水文地质等因素影响,新建地铁主要通过施工时控制相关敏感参数来确保近接建筑结构安全。本文依托深圳地铁7号线皇福区间隧洞“零距离”下穿既有4号线福民站的近接工程,综合运用风险评估和数值仿真技术作为控制方法,采用“全断面注浆+CRD平顶直墙暗挖”的施工技术,通过组合工艺综合控制,提出了地铁近接建筑结构工程安全精细控制技术,为城市地铁近接工程的建设与设计提供了重要参考依据。 In the process of tunnel construction in urban areas, the deformation of the existing structures mainly be influenced by the stratum settlement followed the Tunnel excavation. The construction of metro adjacent to existing structure could be effected by the relative position of new subway lines and existing structures, as well as their burial depth, construction technology, hydrogeological condition and some other factors. Taking the Huangfu Lines of Shenzhen subway line 7, which pass under the Fumin Station of line 4, as an example, and using a combination of risk assessment, numerical simulation technology and Automated data collection technology. full-sectional grouting and center cross diagram(CRD) method are also used as construction technology in this project. Granular Safety Control Technology during the Process of Tunnel construction adjacent to existing structure. The method not only is feasible in theory and practical, but also has been used in engineering, so the method should be widely used in similar engineering.
