摘要
我国高速公路路面结构基本以半刚性基层为主,半刚性路面结构主要病害以裂缝为主,包括疲劳裂缝、温缩裂缝,反射裂缝。在半刚性基层上铺筑同步碎石封层,可以有效提高路面的抗裂性能,减少路面减少反射裂缝、龟网裂缝,还具有提高路面防渗水性能,大大提高高速公路使用年限,减少了养护成本。本文依托工程项目,分析同步碎石封层的原材料使用、层厚设计、以及施工质量控制,工程验收,为今后同步碎石封层施工及设计提供依据。
The pavement structure of Expressway in our country is basically based on semi-rigid base, and the main diseases of semi-rigid pavement structure are cracks, including fatigue cracks, temperature shrinkage cracks and reflective cracks. Paving synchronous gravel seal on semi-rigid base can effectively improve the anti-cracking performance of pavement, reduce reflective cracks and tortoise net cracks of pavement, improve the anti-seepage performance of pavement, greatly improve the service life of Expressway and reduce maintenance costs. Based on the engineering project, this paper analyses the raw material use, thickness design, construction quality control and project acceptance of synchronous gravel seal, which provides the basis for the construction and design of synchronous gravel seal in the future.
