摘要
本课题研究的内容是利用PLC技术实现制冷机组电气控制系统的设计及其改造,通过对制冷机组工艺运行参数、联锁保护、控制形式等的深入研究,通过重新编程将原厂家不稳定的控制系统替换掉,从而提高系统的稳定性、可靠性,降低生产成本。
The design and modification of electrical control system of the refrigeration unit by virtue of PLC technology was researched in this paper. Based on in-depth study on process parameters, interlock protection and control forms of the refrigeration unit, the original unstable control system of the manufacturer was replaced through reprogramming. In this way, the stability and reliability of the system were improved and production cost was reduced.
