摘要
本文建立了金字塔点阵圆柱壳结构有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS软件对其在轴向荷载作用下的屈曲行为进行分析。文中将有限元得到的结果与理论计算结果进行对比。本文还对不同几何尺寸(圆柱高与直径比)和不同夹芯结构尺寸的金字塔点阵圆柱壳结构进行屈服分析,探讨金字塔点阵圆柱壳结构几何尺寸和夹芯结构尺寸对结构安全性的影响,给出了提高点阵圆柱壳抗压性能与材料利用率的合理建议。
In this paper, the finite element analysis model of the cylindrical shell with pyramid lattice cores was established. The buckling behavior of pyramid lattice cylindrical shell under axial load is analyzed by using the ANSYS software. The comparison between the results obtained by finite element and those obtained by theoretical calculation is made. The buckling analysis of pyramid lattice cylindrical shells with different geometric sizes (ratio of height to diameter) and internal structure size of sandwich is conducted. The influence of geometric size and internal structure size of sandwich on structural on the safety of structure is considered. This paper also analyzes the influence of the change of on the performance of lattice cylindrical shell under the pressure. This paper gives reasonable suggestions to improve the performance under the pressure and utilization rate of material for cylindrical shell with pyramid lattice cores.
