摘要
大型预制柱竖向钢筋采用灌浆套筒连接技术,联通仓灌浆时因截面尺寸较大、灌浆通道较长,易产生灌浆不通畅的风险,影响装配式建筑工程质量。针对大型预制柱,研究并提出了预埋灌浆套筒及灌浆通道的合理高效生产工法、现场高效安装及灌浆工法、灌浆过程中爆仓及个别套筒不出浆时简易处理方法,有效保证了其生产及施工质量。
The vertical steel bars of large prefabricated columns adopt the grouting sleeve connection technology. Due to the large cross-section size and long grouting passage, the risk of grouting is not smooth, which affects the quality of the prefabricated building engineering. For large-scale prefabricated columns, the reasonable and efficient production method of pre-buried grouting sleeve and grouting channel, the efficient installation and grouting method on site, the bursting in the grouting process and the simple treatment method when the individual sleeves are not discharged are effectively studied.
