近年来随着我国经济的高速发展,社会发展取得了较大的进步,社会竞争变得日益激烈,而大学生就业成为了社会主要关注的问题。因此,普通本科院校在面对日益严峻的大学生就业问题时,要注重培养大学生创新思维意识,提升创新创业热情,激发大学生创新创业潜能,从而帮助大学生塑造良好的创新创业精神,使得大学生在大学毕业后能够具有较强的实践创业能力,进而有效缓解社会就业问题,为我国经济建设做出重要贡献。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,social development has made great progress,social competition has become increasingly fierce,and the employment of college students has become a major concern of society.Therefore,when facing the increasingly serious employment problem of college students,ordinary undergraduate colleges and universities should pay attention to cultivating their innovative thinking consciousness,enhancing their enthusiasm for innovation and entrepreneurship,and stimulating their potential for innovation and entrepreneurship,so as to help college students shape a good spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship,so that college students can have a strong ability of practice and entrepreneurship after graduation,thus effectively alleviating social problems.Industry issues have made important contributions to China’s economic construction.
