人力资源管理专业学生社会需求的实证研究——以人事行政专员岗位为例

摘要 随着社会对人力资源管理人才需求数量的逐年上升,用人单位对人力资源管理型人才提出较高的要求,作为现代人力资源管理者,除了要具备娴熟人事管理业务能力、沟通能力外,还应具有灵活运用各种办公软件能力等。本文以人力资源管理专业学生社会需求调查与研究为专题,通过随机抽取143家用人单位的招聘信息,分析人事专员和培训专员岗位社会需求情况,以此基础上对人力资源管理专业的教学改革进行理论剖析,以期为人力资源专业教学改革提供参考。 With the increasing demand for human resource management talents in society,employers have put forward higher requirements for human resource management talents.As modern human resource managers,they should not only have skilled personnel management business ability and communication ability,but also have the ability to use various kinds of office software flexibly.Based on the investigation and research on the social needs of the students majoring in human resources management,this paper analyses the social needs of the posts of personnel commissioners and training commissioners by randomly extracting the recruitment information of 143 household employers.On this basis,it makes a theoretical analysis of the teaching reform of human resources management specialty,with a view to providing reference for the teaching reform of human resources major.
