摘要
选拔优秀在读研究生兼任本科学生辅导员,既可有效解决高校专职辅导员数量不足之窘境,又能让研究生在实践中提高综合能力,还将有效加强本科学生的日常管理教育,因而被视为一项有效的创新举措。同时,高校兼职辅导员培养与激励机制尚不完善、研究生工作与学业冲突等问题普遍存在,经常会导致兼职辅导员面临角色困境。本文结合广西多所高校兼职辅导员的实践反馈,借助SWOT分析法对我国高校研究生兼职辅导员所面临的角色困境进行分析并提出对策建议。
Selecting excellent postgraduates to serve as counselors of undergraduate students cannot only effectively solve the dilemma of insufficient number of full-time counselors in colleges and universities,but also improve the comprehensive ability of postgraduates in practice,and will also effectively strengthen undergraduate students’ideological education and daily management.As a result,it is regarded as an effective innovation measure.At the same time,the training and incentive mechanism of part-time counselors in colleges and universities is not yet perfect,and the conflicts between postgraduates’work and studies are severe,which often cause many difficulties for part-time counselors.Based on the practical feedback of part-time counselors in many colleges and universities in Guangxi province,this paper analyzes the role dilemma faced by part-time counselors in colleges and universities in China with the help of SWOT analysis method,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
