随着中央对国防和军队的深化改革,增强全民国防观念,提高全民国防意识成为当前我国国防教育的重要内容。高校国旗护卫队是国防教育的重要形式和载体,是高校深入开展国防宣传的有效平台。作为思想政治宣传的重要阵地,在高校打造一支政治素质过硬、作风优良、具有国防意识和国防担当精神的国旗护卫队伍,对于探索全民国防时期的国防教育路径有深远意义。本文通过分析全民国防教育的重要意义、高校国旗护卫队建设的特点及优势,进而探索国旗护卫队发挥国防教育先行作用的可行性做法,以点带面,辐射全局。

With the deepening reform of the central government on national defense and the army,strengthening the national defense concept and raising the national defense awareness has become an important content of national defense education in China.The university national flag guard is an important form and carrier of national defense education and an effective platform for national defense propaganda.As an important front of ideological and political propaganda,it is of far-reaching significance to explore the national defense education path in the period of national defense for the whole people to build a national flag guard team with excellent political ideology,fine style,national defense consciousness and national defense spirit.By analyzing the significance of national defense education for all and the characteristics and advantages of national flag guard construction in colleges and universities,this paper further explores the feasibility of national defense education as the leading role of national flag guard,so as to radiate the overall situation.
