布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的有效率分析

摘要 目的分析新生儿高胆红素血症应用布拉氏酵母菌辅助治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年6月-2017年10月诊治的72例高胆红素血症新生儿,随机分成研究组(36例)和对照组(36例),对照组接受常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上辅以布拉氏酵母菌治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果研究组治疗3 d后胆红素(160.63±12.12)μmol/L、肉眼可见黄疸消退时胆红素(152.41±11.62)μmol/L,明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组黄疸消退时间(5.24±1.71)d、胆红素下降日均值(50.28±15.83)mg/dL、住院时间(7.32±2.01)d,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌对新生儿高胆红素血症的疗效显著,可明显降低胆红素水平,促使黄疸消退。 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of adjuvant treatment with Bradyrhizobium in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 72 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were treated in our hospital from June 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into study group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group received routine treatment. On the basis of conventional treatment, B. cerevisiae was used to compare the clinical effects of the two groups. Results After 3 days of treatment, the bilirubin (160.63±12.12)μmol/L and the bilirubin (152.41±11.62)μmol/L were observed in the study group, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The time of regression (5.24±1.71) d, the mean daily decrease of bilirubin (50.28±15.83) mg/dL, and the length of hospital stay (7.32±2.01) d were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Bradyrhizobium on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is significant, which can significantly reduce the level of bilirubin and promote the regression of jaundice.
