综合护理干预对心内科患者护理满意度的影响分析

Influence Analysis of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Nursing Satisfaction of Patients in Department of Cardiology

目的在心内科患者中采用综合护理干预措施来分析患者的临床护理效果。方法选取我院接受治疗的46例心内科患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规性护理措施,观察组患者则采用综合护理干预措施,分析评价两组患者对临床护理工作的满意情况及患者心理焦虑的改善情况。结果观察组患者对临床护理工作更为满意,满意度要高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的心理焦虑程度明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在心内科患者中采用综合护理干预措施,可以有效地减轻患者心理的焦虑程度,利于疾病的康复;同时让患者对护理工作更加满意,主动配合治疗,值得在临床中应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of patients with comprehensive nursing interventions in cardiology patients. Methods Forty-six patients with cardiology were enrolled in our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 23 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures. Patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing interventions. Satisfaction with clinical nursing work and improvement of patients' psychological anxiety were compared. Results The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the clinical nursing work, and the satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The psychological anxiety degree of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing interventions in patients in Department of Cardiology can effectively alleviate the psychological anxiety of patients and facilitate the rehabilitation of the disease. At the same time, patients are more satisfied with the nursing work and actively cooperate with the treatment, which is worthy of application in clinical nursing work.
