舒适护理对急诊肾结石患者情绪及疼痛症状的影响

Influence of emotional and pain symptoms in patients with stones

目的研究舒适护理对急诊肾结石患者负面情绪及疼痛症状的影响。方法选择2016年1月-2017年1月和2017年2月-2018年1月两年以内在我院急诊科接受治疗的肾结石患者100例,按照护理方法的不同分为对照组和实验组,对照组50例,进行常规护理;实验组50例,给予舒适护理。护理结束后分别对两组患者的护理结果进行分析。结果两组患者皆有一定的好转,但是受到舒适护理的患者关于护理满意度90.00%明显高于对照组的患者50.00%,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施舒适护理对急诊肾结石患者负面情绪及疼痛症状的影响具有减轻的作用,更好帮助患者恢复,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To study the effects of comfort care on the negative mood and pain symptoms of patients with emergency kidney stones.Methods 100 patients with kidney stones were treated in the emergency department of our hospital for two years.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the different nursing methods,and control group had 50 cases.The experimental group of 50 patients was given comfort care.The nursing results of two groups of patients were analyzed after the nursing.Results Both groups of patients had some improvement,but the patient satisfaction of comfortable care was significantly higher than that of control group patients of 50.00%(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion The implementation of comfort nursing has a mitigating effect on the negative mood and pain symptoms of patients with emergency kidney stones,and it is worth clinical reference to help patients recover.
