经超声诊断左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉的病例分析

摘要 左冠状动脉起源于肺动脉(ALCAPA)是罕见的先天性心脏疾病,发病率为1/30万,又称为Bland-White-Garland综合征。约10%-15%患儿可生存至青少年或成年期,大部分患儿出生后仅生存几个月[1]。该病临床表现缺乏特异性,易误诊或漏诊而耽误治疗时机。超声心动图是重要检查和诊断手段,现将2例通过超声以及其他检查,明确诊断为ALCAPA的病例报告如下。
