文化规划视角下北京世界文化遗产保护管理研究

Research on Beijing World Cultural Heritage Protection Management from the Perspective of Cultural Planning

拥有7处世界文化遗产的北京是全球拥有世界文化遗产数量最多的城市。妥善处理好文化遗产保护与城市现代化的关系,提升首都文化竞争力与国际影响力,是当前北京打造文化中心城市进程中一个重要议题。文章在分析北京世界文化遗产特征的基础上,着眼文化规划的视角,确定基于北京特色世界文化遗产保护利用原则,并提出相应建议,以促进世界文化遗产的可持续发展。

Beijing,with seven world cultural heritage sites,has the largest number of world cultural heritage in the world.Properly handing the relationship between cultural heritage protection and urban modernization,and enhaning the soft power and international influence of Beijing's culture,are important issues in the process of building Beijing as a cultural center city.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of Beijing's World Cultural Heritage,this article focuses on perspective of cultural planning,determines the basic principles of the protection of the World Cultural Heritage,in order to promote the sustainable development of world cultural heritage.
