浅议非物质文化遗产的法律保护

The Analysis of Legal Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage

我国国家级非物质文化遗产名录从2006年起分4批共收录1372项。非物质文化遗产数目众多,如果不对其加强保护,就会造成不可估量的损失。由于我国非物质文化遗产法律保护起步较晚,重视程度不足,致使近现代以来大量非物质文化遗产毁损乃至失传。因此,加强我国对非物质文化遗产的法律保护制度迫在眉睫。

Since 2006,China's national intangible cultural heritage list has been included in 1 372 items in four batches.Intangible cultural heritages are numerous,which will cause immeasurable losses if they are not protected.Due to the late start of the legal protection of intangible cultural heritage in China and the lack of attention,a large number of intangible cultural heritages have been damaged or even lost in modern times.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the legal protection system of intangible cultural heritage in China.
