摘要 目的探讨高通量血液透析在尿毒症患者中的应用效果.方法选取2016年3月至2018年3月本院收治的尿毒症患者68例,按照随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组,两组均为34例.对照组给予常规血液透析治疗,观察组接受高通量血液透析治疗.比较两组炎症因子、血清甲状腺旁素、钙磷水平、并发症.结果观察组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、血清甲状腺旁素(iPTH)、磷水平及并发症发生率均低于对照组,钙水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高通量血液透析可有效降低尿毒症患者炎症因子及并发症发生率,调节钙磷水平,可行性高. Objective To investigate the application effect of high-flux hemodialysis in patients with uremia. Methods 68 patients with uremia admitted in the hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were selected, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table, with 34 cases in each group. Control group was given routine hemodialysis, while observation group was treated with high-flux hemodialysis. The inflammatory factors, intact parathyroid hormone (iPTH), levels of calcium and phosphorus, complications were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), iPTH, phosphorus and the incidence of complications in observation group were lower than those in control group, while the level of calcium in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis in patients with uremia can effectively decrease inflammatory factors and the incidence of complications, regulate the levels of calcium and phosphorus, which has high feasibility.
