龈下喷砂用于广泛型侵袭性牙周炎患者维护期的纵向疗效观察

A longitudinal observation of maintenance therapy with Perio-Flow for patients with generalized aggressive periodontitis

目的纵向评价龈下喷砂用于广泛型侵袭性牙周炎(GAgP)患者牙周维护治疗期的临床疗效.方法选择10例GAgP患者作为研究对象,观察其完成牙周基础治疗进入维护期后各项临床检查指标的变化,于治疗后1、3、6、12个月复查并予以龈下喷砂,同时记录各时间点的探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)以及牙齿松动度(TM).结果治疗前以及治疗后1、3、6、12个月的PD和CAL值在切牙、第一恒磨牙以及全口比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着时间的增加,TM逐渐变小.龈下喷砂过程中患者的平均疼痛值为1.55.结论完善的牙周基础治疗对GAgP患者具有良好的治疗效果,配合龈下喷砂进行的定期牙周维护不仅可减轻患者的根面敏感,而且使多项临床指标在一定时期内获得明显改善,确保了治疗效果的长期稳定性.

Objective To evaluate the clinical outcome of Perio-Flow for perio-dontal maintenance therapy in patients with GAgP. Methods A total of 10 patients with GAgP were chosen for this study. After initial treatment, the changes of clinical parameters in maintenance period were observed and recorded at 1, 3, 6,12 months, including probing depth (PD), clinical attachment level (CAL) and tooth mobility (TM), and in the meanwhile, Perio-Flow was applied to all the sites. Results The PD and CAL values before treatment and 1, 3, 6, and 12 months after treatment were statistically different in the incisors, the first molars and the whole mouth (P<0.05), and as time goes on, the TM becomes smaller. The average pain value during Perio-Flow was 1.55. Conclusion A complete initial therapy has a good therapeutic ef-fect on GAgP patients, and regular periodontal maintenance with Perio-Flow can not only alleviated root sensitivity, but also make a number of clinical indicators signifi-cantly improved in a certain period, and ensure the long-term stability of treatment effect.
