心脏彩超检查对儿童先天性心脏病的诊断价值研究

Diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography in children with congenital heart disease

目的探讨心脏彩超检查对儿童先天性心脏病的诊断价值.方法研究对象为本院2016年1月至2018年12月间收治的100例先天性心脏病儿童,患儿均行X线诊断及心脏彩超诊断,统计X线与心脏彩超诊断准确率.结果心脏彩超诊断准确率相比X线诊断更高,达到95.00%,而X线诊断则为70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论心脏彩超可清晰显示先天性心脏病儿童心脏构造,有助于临床判断患儿心脏情况,对先天性心脏病的诊断具有较高价值.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler echocardiography in children with congenital heart disease. Methods 100 children with congenital heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were examined by X-ray and color Doppler echocardiography. The diagnostic accuracy of X-ray and color Doppler echocardiography was counted. Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler echocardiography was higher than that of X-ray, reaching 95.00%, while that of X-ray was 70.00%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography can clearly show the cardiac structure of children with congenital heart disease, which is helpful for clinical judgment of the heart condition of children with congenital heart disease, and has high value in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease.
