针灸联合补阳还五汤在脑梗死后遗症中的临床应用效果分析

Clinical application effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in sequelae of cerebral infarction

目的观察针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症的临床效果.方法将86例脑梗死后遗症患者分为对照组、观察组,每组43例.对照组给予常规治疗.观察组在对照组的基础上,给予补阳还五汤联合针灸治疗.比较两组的治疗效果,治疗前后神经功能缺损改善情况,治疗后血液流变学指标改善情况.结果观察组治疗后总有效率达93.02%,显著高于对照组的总有效率67.44%(P<0.05).两组治疗后NIHSS评分显著低于同组治疗前,治疗后观察组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后观察组红细胞压积、高切全血黏度、低切全血黏度、血浆黏度显著低于治疗前(P<0.05).对照组治疗后上述指标未见明显变化.结论在常规治疗的基础上,给予针灸联合补阳还五汤治疗脑梗死后遗症,临床效果显著,治疗后患者神经功能、血液流变学指标改善明显,适于临床推广应用.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction in sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods The control group received routine treatment. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was given Fuyang Huanwu Decoction combined with acupuncture treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared, the improvement of neurological deficits before and after treatment, and the improvement of hemorheology after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was significantly higher than the total effective rate of the control group (67.44%)(P<0.05). The NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the same group before treatment. The NIHSS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). The hematocrit, high-cut whole blood viscosity, low-cut whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant change in the above indicators after treatment in the control group. Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatment, acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction treatment of sequelae of cerebral infarction has significant clinical effects. After treatment, the neurological function and hemorheology indexes of the patients are obviously improved, which is suitable for clinical application.
