Effect of early touching on growth and development of the newborns

目的探讨早期抚触对新生儿生长发育的影响.方法将2017年7月至2018年6月在本院出生的新生儿80例作为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组给予单纯的沐浴游泳,观察组在对照组基础上进行早期抚触干预.对比两组新生儿的体格发育、智能发育及神经发育情况.结果观察组出生3个月后的体质量增长、身高增长及头围增长均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出生3个月后的PDI、MDI评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组出生3个月的大运动、交往、语言、精细动作及适应能力评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论给予新生儿早期抚触干预可有效促进新生儿的智能发育和神经发育,有利于新生儿的体格生长,值得临床推广及应用.

Objective To investigate the effect of early touching on growth and development of the newborns. Methods 80 newborns born in the hospital from July 2017 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table, with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given showering and swimming, while observation group was given early touching intervention based on control group. The physical development, intellectual development and nerve development of the newborns were compared between the two groups. Results After birth for 3 months, the growth rate of body mass, height and head circumference in observation group was larger than that in control group (P<0.05);After birth for 3 months, the scores of PDI and MDI in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05);After birth for 3 months, the scores of gross motor, association, language, fine motor and adaptive capacity in observation group were higher than those in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Early touching intervention for the newborns can effectively promote neonatal growth and development, enhance physical growth, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
