海藻玉壶汤加减治疗囊肿性痤疮血瘀痰凝证的疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of Haizao Yuhu Decoction on blood stasis syndrome of cystic hemorrhoids

目的探索海藻玉壶汤加减治疗囊肿性痤疮血瘀痰凝证的疗效.方法选取2015年1月至2015年12月期间本院囊肿性痤疮血瘀痰凝证50例患者(实施奇偶数法分组模式),对照组的25例患者进行维胺酯胶囊治疗,观察组的25例患者进行海藻玉壶汤加减治疗.结果观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,总有效率高于对照组,IL-6、IL-1、IFN-r优于对照组(P<0.05).结论对患者实施海藻玉壶汤加减治疗效果显著.

Objective To explore the efficacy of Haizao Yuhu Decoction in the treatment of cystic acne blood stasis syndrome. Methods Fifty patients with cystic acne blood stasis syndrome from January 2015 to December 2015 were enrolled in the hospital. 25 patients in the control group were treated with vitamin EP capsules. 25 patients in the observation group were treated with seaweed and jade soup. Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the total effective rate was higher than that in the control group. IL-6, IL-1 and IFN-r were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of patients with seaweed and jade soup is effective.
