摘要
目的研究社区规范化管理对高血压患者血压及并发症的影响.方法选择2017年7月至2018年1月本社区的高血压患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例.对照组采用常规管理,观察组在对照组基础上采用社区规范化管理.对比两组不同时间段血压情况、并发症发生率以及生活质量.结果管理1年后,观察组血压水平较对照组降低,并发症发生率低于对照组,生活质量各功能项目评分均较对照组升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论高血压患者实施社区规范化管理有助于降低患者血压水平和并发症发生率,加强患者身体素质,改善患者生活质量.
Objective To study the effect of community standardized management on blood pressure and complications in patients with hypertension. Methods 120 patients with hypertension from July 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group. Routine management was used in the control group and standardized management in the community was adopted in the observation group on the basis of the control group. Blood pressure, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups at different time points. Results After 1 year of management, the blood pressure level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Community standardized management of hypertension patients is helpful to reduce the blood pressure level and the incidence of complications, strengthen the physical quality of patients and improve the quality of life of the patients.
