高熵材料判据及其在玻璃陶瓷研究中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 现有高熵材料多基于传统高熵合金等摩尔比标准定义。这种作法实质上限制了对于高熵材料实质的理解及其应用。针对这一问题,本文在简要回顾现有高熵材料发展脉络的基础上,深入分析现有高熵材料定义中等摩尔比核心标准所涉及混合熵的计算方法及过程。然后,将该计算方法引入非等摩尔比物质体系。计算结果显示只要组元数足够高,以白云鄂博尾矿基玻璃陶瓷为例的非等摩尔成分体系混合熵即可达到与现有等摩尔组分高熵材料相当的水平。因此,此类材料也应划入高熵材料范畴. The current definition of a high-entropy material(HEM)always references to the equal mole ratio criteria of a high-entropy alloy(HEA).Such concept actually makes it difficult to appreciate the connotation and application of HEMs.Therefore,this paper first presented a brief review on the development of the current HEMs.Secondly,the method commonly used to calculate the configuration entropy of an HEM having main ingredients of an equal mole ratio,which is the key factor to its definition,was adapted to the configuration entropy calculation of the material with non-equal mole ratio ingredients.The same method yvas also used to calculate the configuration entropy of the slag glass ceramic developed from Bayan Obo tailing.The result shows such glass ceramic may have a similar configuration entropy as that of a typical high entropy alloy,therefore,should be categorized as a high entropy material.
