聚酯纤维柔性网护顶技术在综采工作面末采中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决综采工作面末采回收期间的顶板管理问题,引进了聚酯纤维柔性网护顶技术,通过聚酯纤维柔性网在综采工作面末采回收期间丝使用效果,总结出综采工作面末采回收使用聚酯纤维柔性网护顶方式相比使用金属网护顶方式,使得在工时利用方面整个末采工期提前6天的同时简化了人工频繁运网、展网、联网、吊网等工序,降低了职工劳动强度;在安全管理方面,遏制了作业人员频繁进入机道内造成煤壁片帮煤伤人的隐患,避免了支架回收时三角区金属网剪切现象;在经济效益方面相比金属网护顶方式节约3-4万元.聚酯纤维柔性网的使用促使双柳煤矿高产、高效、安全生产又增光添彩. In order to solve the problem of the top plate management during the recovery period,the technology of polyester fiber flexible mesh protection was introduced,and the use effect of polyester fiber flexible mesh during the recovery period yvas adopted.Summarized that the use of polyesterfiberflexible mesh roof protection at the end of the comprehensive miningface compared to the use ofmetal mesh roof protection,so that in the use of working hours,the entire final mining period was simplified 6 days in advance,'while simplifying the artificial frequent transportation network,network,networking,hanging network and other processes,Reduced the labor intensity of employees;In the aspect of safety management,the hidden danger ofcoal wall sheet helping coal injury caused byfrequent entry of operators was checked,and the shear phenomenon of triangular metal network was avoided when the bracket was recovered.In terms of economic benefits,it saves 3-4,000yuan compared to the metal mesh top protection method.The use of polyester fiberflexible network has promoted the high yield,high efficiency and safety production of Shuangliu Coal Mine.
