摘要
基于431个县级单元,采取随机前沿方法(SFA)测算西南地区各区县的种植业全要素生产率及其分解项,并分别讨论其时空变动特征。2006—2015年,西南地区种植业全要素生产率年均增长7.76%,但是增速变缓,各区县之间的差距在缩小;技术效率和技术效率变化率呈逐年下降的趋势,呈现次对角线高、两侧低的空间分布特征;前沿技术进步率呈逐年降低态势,年均下降0.33%,各地之间的技术进步率差距逐年缩小;规模效率呈现先升后降的趋势,大部分区县种植业表现出规模报酬递增的特点。
Based on 431 county-level units, the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) method was applied in this paper to measure the total factor productivity of cropping industry and its decomposition in southwest China, then their temporal and spatial changing characteristics were discussed. From 2006 to 2015, the total factor productivity of cropping industry was growing at an annual average rate of 7.76%, but the growth rate was slowing down, and the gaps among different districts or counties were narrowing;both the technical efficiency and the technical efficiency change rate decreased year by year, and most counties of high technical efficiency were located in the second diagonal of southwest China;the frontier technological progress merged down year by year which declined with the average rate of 0.33% annually, meanwhile, the difference in frontier technological progress among different counties was shrinking;the scale efficiency was increasing first and then decreasing, and planting industry in most counties showed the characteristics of increasing returns to scale.
