西瓜电子商务运营模式分析——以北京老宋瓜王为例 被引量:2

摘要 在“互联网+农业”背景下,电商逐渐进入农产品销售领域,消费者渴望能在线上购买到新鲜可口的西瓜,而西瓜个体大、易碎、运输困难等因素严重制约了西瓜产业电子商务的发展。通过对北京大兴老宋瓜王科技发展有限公司的实地调研,探索西瓜发展线上销售的优势和存在问题,在此基础上提出构建高效率物流体系、加大农产品电商人才投入等提高西瓜电子商务运营的建议,并对未来西瓜电子商务运营模式前景进行展望。 Under the background of Internet Plus agriculture, the electricity supplier has gradually entered the field of agricultural products sales, and consumers are eager to buy fresh and delicious watermelon online. However, due to the large, fragile and difficult transportation of watermelon, the development of e-commerce in watermelon industry was seriously restricted. Through the field investigation of Beijing Daxing Lao Song watermelon Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd., the advantages and problems existing in watermelon online sales were explored in this paper. On this basis, some suggestions on improving watermelon e-commerce operating model were put forward, such as building an efficient logistics system, increasing the investment of e-commerce talents in agricultural products, and the future development of watermelon e-commerce operating model was forecasted.
